10th Wisconsin Open Belt Warriors Classic Karate Championships August 16, 2008

Jonah competed in his second-- Logan his first Martial Arts tournament on Saturday. Both of them did nicely in their two events: Kendo and Sparring.

Jonah placed 2nd in his division for Kendo and 1st in Sparring. Logan took 1st place in his group for Kendo and 3rd in Sparring.

I was proud of them for their sportsmanship. After the awards were handed out for the Sparring matches, Logan sought out the boy who beat him in the first round(he won the 1st place award) and shook his hand.
