Book Basket Time

Recently we've added something new to our homeschooling day--bookbasket time. The idea comes from My Father's World curriculum which we will be using next year. My guys have always had reading time after lunch so this isn't a whole lot new, but instead of picking whatever book they want, now they get to choose from any book that is in the book basket. I try to keep a wide variety available and I must say that it has been a hit. I love that they are expanding their selection a little. One afternoon after I put Luke down for his nap, I found the older two reading together--this is not a staged picture :)

As you can see from the other picture even our webbiz are getting into book basket time.
